Equipping the Backpack

The backpack operation in the game is quite strange. To equip the backpack, first hold down E, then aim your mouse at the red frame position shown below. When it turns yellow, release E, and you'll successfully equip the backpack.

Storing Items

Whether the backpack is on another player or yourself, take out the item you want to put in the backpack, then aim at the backpack and hold down E. This will open the backpack interface as shown below. At this time, use your mouse to click on the item in the center (demonstrated as a bandage in the image) and drag it to the empty slots on both sides. Release E to successfully put the item into the backpack.

Taking Out Items

The way to take out items is different for the backpack carrier and other players. The player with the backpack needs to first press 4, then press Q to drop the backpack, then hold down E to open the backpack, aim the mouse at the item you want, and release E to successfully take it out.

If other players want to take items from the backpack, they can directly aim at the backpack on the carrier's back, hold down E to open the backpack, then aim the mouse at the item they want, and release E to take out the item.

First, the backpack holds many heavy items. In multiplayer games, it's recommended that the backpack carrier walks behind, and after the lead climber reaches a high slope, aim the backpack at the slope, hold Q to charge and throw it, then the front player picks it up, and the player below climbs up to retrieve the backpack.

However, be careful when throwing. Don't throw easily in overly narrow places, as it's easy to throw it directly off the cliff.
